The Senior Management of Seduni Torcar S.L., in its role as provider of the UNIFIT SaaS platform for community management, establishes, implements, and maintains this Management System Policy as a fundamental pillar of its business strategy. The management of Seduni Torcar S.L. is governed by the following principles:

  • Context and Strategic Direction: Ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) is permanently aligned with the strategic goals and the analysis of the competitive and regulatory environment, as defined in the “Context Analysis” document. Senior Management is committed to periodically reviewing this alignment to ensure its continued relevance.
  • Customer Focus and Service Quality: Customer satisfaction is the driving force behind everything we do. We are committed to understanding and exceeding your expectations by delivering robust, reliable, and high-quality SaaS solutions. Customer feedback, managed through our “Customer Satisfaction Analysis (PRO)“, is essential for continuously improving our services.
  • Information Security: Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information managed by the organization is a top priority. This commitment extends to the data of our clients, partners, and the company itself. This policy establishes the framework for the “Information Security Policy,” which details the controls and responsibilities for protecting information assets.
  • Compliance with Requirements: Senior Management is committed to complying with all applicable requirements, including legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations regarding quality and information security. This commitment is a cornerstone of the trust our clients place in us.
  • Continuous Improvement: We are committed to the continuous improvement of the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of our Integrated Management System. This objective is pursued through performance evaluation, risk and opportunity analysis, and the implementation of actions derived from periodic audits and reviews, in accordance with the procedures “PRO Internal Audit Management” and “PRO Management Review Management.”

Framework for setting objectives

This policy provides the framework for defining and reviewing quality and information security objectives. Senior Management ensures that these objectives are consistent with the principles established herein, measurable, and communicated throughout the organization, following the guidelines of the “PRO Objectives and Planning for their Achievement.

  • This policy will be maintained as documented information, managed according to the “PRO Documented Information Management Procedure“.
  • The role of the ISO 27001 and 9001 Management Officer has the responsibility to ensure that this policy is communicated, understood and applied at all levels of the organization.
  • All staff and collaborators of Seduni Torcar S.L. have the responsibility to adhere to the principles of this policy and actively contribute to the achievement of quality and safety objectives.
  • The policy will be made available to relevant stakeholders, as determined by Senior Management, to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to excellence and safety.
